Twin Cities Car Wash

On Saturday August 1st, I stopped by this car wash to have my father-in-law's truck washed. My total came to about $35, and I asked the cashier to add an additional $7 to my card so I could tip the employee drying the vehicles. I thought it was funny that a regualar wash was 24.00 and to add armour all was additional 10.00 that some expensive tire shine. To my surprise, she told me she could only give me $5 dollars because management didn't want them giving out too many ones. That didn't sit right with me. If a customer wants to tip an employee for doing a good job, management shouldn't limit it because they don't want to have enough one-dollar bills in stock. It feels like the employees are the ones paying the price for poor planning. They're the ones out in the Louisiana heat, washing and drying vehicles all day—not management sitting inside. Those employees show up every day to work hard and earn a living. Most of them aren't going to complain because they don't want to risk their jobs, but that doesn't make this policy acceptable. Some of those trucks were 250's and you tell me that you will only allow them to accept 5 Dollars for making it look good? Some of them went abov

Normally I love this place! I recommend it for car washes. However, if you have an oil change be careful! They tightened my oil filter too tight, and a couple of months later I had a $950.00 mechanic bill to replace part! I didn't expect to get full repayment, but did expect respect and something! Because of the disrespect, I will never go there again! Oh, the person showing the disrespect was the owner, not the manager, Dwayne!

This is where I get my oil changed and Truck washed. I had an oil leak in my truck and they showed it to me. My Oil cap fell off before I came here the put a new one on for me and did not charge me for it. They clean the entire Interior of my truck. They armor all every thing inside and the tires.

No replacement for an actual drying wipe down after a wash. Been years since I've taken the time to come here but I will be back more often. The best my truck has ever looked was after leaving here. Excellent work by some really nice people.

This place used to be really good. Not sure why the service has gone down. I have been several times. All pictures are after the top end wash. I think I have learned my lesson.
